Job Description:

I. MÔ TẢ CÔNG VIỆC:

• Nghiên cứu xu hướng thị trường, cập nhật xu hướng chất liệu mới trên thị trường, đề xuất ý tưởng NPL phù hợp với định hướng sản phẩm của công ty.
• Tìm kiếm, đánh giá và lựa chọn nhà cung cấp nguyên phụ liệu (vải, phụ kiện,) đáp ứng yêu cầu về chất lượng, chi phí và tiến độ.
• Phối hợp với bộ phận Thiết kế & Kỹ thuật để lựa chọn NPL phù hợp với concept, đảm bảo tính thẩm mỹ và công năng sản phẩm.
• Làm việc với QC, nhà máy để kiểm tra, thử nghiệm và đánh giá chất lượng NPL theo các tiêu chuẩn: độ co giãn, độ bền màu, độ bền kéo, khả năng chịu mài mòn
• Xây dựng và quản lý hệ thống thông số kỹ thuật (spec) của NPL: thành phần, định lượng, tiêu chuẩn kiểm định, hướng dẫn sử dụng và bảo quản.
• Theo dõi quá trình sản xuất thử (sample/PP) và đưa ra điều chỉnh cần thiết về nguyên phụ liệu.
• Cập nhật và lưu trữ database NPL, mẫu vải, nhà cung cấp phục vụ cho hoạt động R&D lâu dài.
• Thực hiện các công việc khác theo phân công của quản lý.

II. YÊU CẦU CÔNG VIỆC:

• Tốt nghiệp Đại học/Cao đẳng các ngành: Dệt may, Công nghệ vật liệu, Thiết kế thời trang hoặc các ngành liên quan.
• Có tối thiểu 1 năm kinh nghiệm trong lĩnh vực nghiên cứu, phát triển nguyên phụ liệu hoặc vị trí tương đương.
• Am hiểu về các loại vải (chủ yếu hàng dệt thoi và dệt kim), phụ liệu may mặc và quy trình sản xuất ngành may.
• Có kinh nghiệm làm việc với nhà cung cấp trong và ngoài nước là một lợi thế.
• Có kiến thức về tiêu chuẩn chất lượng vải và kiểm định sản phẩm.
• Kỹ năng phân tích, đánh giá chất liệu tốt; tư duy cải tiến và sáng tạo.
• Chủ động, cẩn thận, có trách nhiệm trong công việc.
• Sử dụng được Excel/Google Sheets.

1. Mục tiêu vị trí:

Đại diện công ty chủ động khai thác thị trường doanh nghiệp (B2B), thúc đẩy doanh số thông qua việc cung cấp các giải pháp đào tạo chất lượng cao. Đồng thời, xây dựng và duy trì mối quan hệ chiến lược với khối khách hàng doanh nghiệp lớn, tập đoàn công nghệ và cơ quan ban ngành thuộc khối công.

2. Trách nhiệm chính:

a. Phát triển Kinh doanh & Doanh thu:

- Chủ trì xây dựng, hoạch định và thực thi chiến lược kinh doanh mảng dịch vụ/sản phẩm đào tạo dành cho khối doanh nghiệp (Corporate Training) nhằm đảm bảo chỉ tiêu doanh số được giao.

- Chủ động tìm kiếm, tiếp cận và mở rộng mạng lưới khách hàng mới, tập trung vào nhóm khách hàng tiềm năng trọng điểm: các Cơ quan Nhà nước, Tổ chức Chính phủ, Tổng công ty Viễn thông và các Doanh nghiệp Công nghệ thông tin (CNTT).

b. Quản trị Mối quan hệ Khách hàng:

- Thiết lập, duy trì và phát triển mối quan hệ hợp tác chiến lược, bền vững với các đối tác, khách hàng doanh nghiệp hiện tại và tiềm năng.

c. Phát triển Sản phẩm & Nghiên cứu Thị trường:

- Phối hợp chặt chẽ với bộ phận chuyên môn để nghiên cứu thị trường, nắm bắt xu hướng công nghệ và nhu cầu nâng cao năng lực của doanh nghiệp; đóng góp ý kiến phát triển các gói sản phẩm đào tạo mới tối ưu và phù hợp.

d. Phối hợp Nội bộ:

- Đồng hành cùng các phòng ban liên quan (Marketing, Operations, Kỹ thuật) để triển khai các chiến dịch thúc đẩy bán hàng, nâng cao chất lượng dịch vụ và tối ưu hóa trải nghiệm khách hàng.

- Thực hiện các công việc và nhiệm vụ phát sinh khác theo sự phân công và chỉ đạo từ Ban lãnh đạo.

3. Năng lực cần có:

- Tốt nghiệp Đại học trở lên các chuyên ngành: Kinh tế, Thương mại, Quản trị kinh doanh, Công nghệ thông tin hoặc các ngành có liên quan

- Tối thiểu 03 năm kinh nghiệm thực chiến tại các vị trí Kinh doanh/Phát triển thị trường trong các lĩnh vực liên quan như: Phần cứng, Phần mềm, Giải pháp công nghệ hoặc mảng Đào tạo IT.

- Có kinh nghiệm và am hiểu sâu sắc về thị trường đào tạo doanh nghiệp (Corporate Training) là lợi thế.

- Ưu tiên ứng viên đã có sẵn mối quan hệ tốt với các doanh nghiệp, tập đoàn trong mảng CNTT, khối khách hàng Chính phủ (G-Gov) và các nhà mạng Viễn thông.

- Sử dụng tiếng Anh khá (đặc biệt là kỹ năng nghe và nói), ưu tiên ứng viên có khả năng giao tiếp và làm việc trực tiếp với đối tác nước ngoài.

- Khả năng quản lý, lập kế hoạch kinh doanh ngắn và dài hạn tốt.

I/ MÔ TẢ CÔNG VIỆC

Điều hành, tổ chức thực hiện công tác thiết kế cơ điện

• Lập kế hoạch thiết kế cơ điện cho từng giai đoạn
• Kiểm soát tiến độ, chất lượng hồ sơ thiết kế cơ điện
• Phối hợp giữa các Phòng ban đảm bảo hồ sơ thiết kế cơ điện theo đúng định hướng phát triển của Công ty và phù hợp với yêu cầu của pháp luật hiện hành

2.Điều hành, tổ chức thực hiện công tác kiểm soát thanh, quyết toán phần cơ điện cho các dự án

• Tham vấn lựa chọn, kiểm soát nhà thầu cơ điện để thực hiện dự án
• Quản lý công tác lập và kiểm soát thanh toán khối lượng, chi phí các hạng mục cơ điện của dự án từ lúc lập đến khi kết thúc dự án
• Phối hợp với Phòng QLXD, phòng QLTK, phòng Cung ứng - Đấu thầu xử lý các vấn đề liên quan đến hồ sơ thiết kế, nghiệm thu khối lượng thanh quyết toán hạng mục cơ điện cho các Nhà thầu.

• Lập kế hoạch triển khai công việc của phòng ban theo tiến độ chung của Tổng công ty
• Chịu trách nhiệm phân công công việc, hướng dẫn, giám sát và đánh giá kết quả công việc cho nhân viên trực thuộc Phòng.

II/ CHÂN DUNG ỨNG VIÊN

• Tốt nghiệp Đại học chính quy chuyên ngành Điện từ các trường ĐH Bách khoa, ĐH Điện lực.
• Tối thiểu 10 năm kinh nghiệm ở vị trí tương đương về quản lý thi công hệ thống M&E tại các Dự án lớn ở các Doanh nghiệp là Chủ đầu tư hoặc các Công ty tư vấn nước ngoài.
• Sử dụng Tiếng Anh tốt trong công việc.

• Participate in the new product development process from the NPI (New Product Introduction) stage to MP (Mass Production).
