RESPONSIBILITIES:

REQUIREMENTS:

MÔ TẢ CÔNG VIỆC:

1. Quản lý và kiểm soát chất lượng sản phẩm

· Theo dõi, kiểm soát và đảm bảo chất lượng sản phẩm trong toàn bộ quá trình sản xuất.

· Phân tích các lỗi phát sinh trên dây chuyền, xác định nguyên nhân gốc rễ và đưa ra các giải pháp cải tiến phù hợp.

· Phối hợp với các bộ phận liên quan để xử lý các vấn đề chất lượng liên quan đến sản phẩm, nguyên vật liệu và quy trình sản xuất.

· Theo dõi, đánh giá các chỉ số chất lượng như tỷ lệ lỗi, tỷ lệ hàng NG/phế phẩm và hiệu quả của các hoạt động cải tiến.

2. Quản lý chất lượng khách hàng (Customer Quality)

· Tiếp nhận, phân tích và xử lý các phản hồi, khiếu nại chất lượng từ khách hàng.

· Phối hợp với các phòng ban liên quan để chuẩn bị nội dung và tham gia các cuộc họp chất lượng với khách hàng.

· Thực hiện báo cáo phân tích lỗi, báo cáo 8D, CAPA và các tài liệu chất lượng theo yêu cầu khách hàng.

· Theo dõi tiến độ khắc phục và đảm bảo các hành động cải tiến được triển khai hiệu quả.

3. Hệ thống quản lý chất lượng (QMS)

· Duy trì, vận hành và cải tiến hệ thống quản lý chất lượng theo tiêu chuẩn ISO 9001, IATF 16949 hoặc các tiêu chuẩn liên quan.

· Tham gia các hoạt động đánh giá nội bộ, đánh giá khách hàng và hỗ trợ chuẩn bị hồ sơ phục vụ audit.

· Xây dựng, cập nhật các quy trình, tiêu chuẩn kiểm tra, hướng dẫn công việc nhằm đảm bảo tính tuân thủ trong sản xuất.

· Đề xuất các hoạt động cải tiến nhằm nâng cao chất lượng sản phẩm và hiệu quả vận hành.

YÊU CẦU CÔNG VIỆC

· Tốt nghiệp Đại học trở lên các chuyên ngành liên quan đến Kỹ thuật, Quản lý chất lượng, Cơ khí, Điện tử hoặc các lĩnh vực tương đương.

· Có tối thiểu 2 năm kinh nghiệm trong lĩnh vực quản lý chất lượng, kiểm soát chất lượng sản phẩm hoặc môi trường sản xuất.

· Thành thạo tiếng Trung, có khả năng giao tiếp và trao đổi công việc với khách hàng/đối tác hoặc các bộ phận liên quan.

· Có kiến thức về quy trình kiểm soát chất lượng, phân tích lỗi và xử lý vấn đề là một lợi thế.

2. Yêu cầu

   • Nam/Nữ, 30 tuổi trở lên.

   • Tốt nghiệp ĐH trở lên (Chuyên ngành: Cơ khí, Điện – Điện tử, tự động hóa, quản lý công nghiệp hoặc các ngành liên quan).

   • Có 3 năm kinh nghiệm trở lên về quản lý sản xuất tại các Công ty sản xuất.

ROLE OVERVIEW:

   • Manage end-to-end sourcing and procurement activities for molds, jigs, machining parts, production materials, machinery, equipment, spare parts, CAPEX projects, and related services, with a primary focus on mold and jig purchasing (approximately 80%).
