Quản lý khách hàng & chăm sóc tài khoản: Xây dựng và duy trì mối quan hệ bền vững với khách hàng hiện hữu và khách hàng tiềm năng nhằm tạo ra cơ hội kinh doanh liên tục. Chủ động tiếp cận khách hàng để giới thiệu các gói thay thế Chiller, Airside và các thiết bị liên quan, đồng thời cập nhật các giải pháp kỹ thuật mới. Lập kế hoạch và triển khai các hoạt động chăm sóc khách hàng nhằm gia tăng mức độ nhận diện thương hiệu và lòng trung thành của khách hàng. Quản lý và thường xuyên cập nhật dữ liệu CRM để theo dõi khách hàng một cách chính xác.
Kinh doanh kỹ thuật & phát triển thị trường: Thực hiện các hoạt động bán hàng đối với các gói thay thế trọn gói (turnkey), bao gồm cung cấp và lắp đặt (Chiller, Thiết bị Airside, Các hệ thống phụ trợ như tháp giải nhiệt, bơm, đường ống, hệ thống ống gió và tích hợp điện). Khảo sát, đánh giá kỹ thuật và đề xuất các giải pháp tối ưu hóa HVAC tiết kiệm năng lượng dựa trên kết quả kiểm toán năng lượng. Mở rộng thị trường bằng cách tìm kiếm và phát triển khách hàng mới thông qua việc theo dõi cơ sở lắp đặt thiết bị và xây dựng mạng lưới quan hệ. Phối hợp chặt chẽ với nhà thầu phụ và đội ngũ kỹ thuật nội bộ trong quá trình khảo sát hiện trường để xây dựng báo giá thương mại chính xác. Quản lý toàn bộ vòng đời hợp đồng, bao gồm: Soạn thảo hợp đồng, Rà soát nội dung hợp đồng, Đàm phán điều khoản thương mại và giá cả. Xây dựng và trình bày các tài liệu kỹ thuật, brochure, leaflet và các tài liệu quảng bá sản phẩm tới khách hàng và các bên liên quan.
Vận hành & tuân thủ: Phối hợp với các bộ phận Kỹ thuật và Hành chính để xử lý hồ sơ thanh toán và chứng từ hóa đơn. Theo dõi tình trạng công nợ phải thu nhằm đảm bảo thu hồi công nợ đúng hạn. Tổng hợp, phân tích dữ liệu kinh doanh bao gồm: Cơ hội bán hàng (pipeline), Tình trạng hợp đồng, Xu hướng thị trường, Thông tin đối thủ cạnh tranh để phục vụ công tác báo cáo quản lý. Tuân thủ nghiêm ngặt các quy trình, quy định bán hàng và hướng dẫn vận hành của công ty. Phối hợp hiệu quả với các phòng ban liên quan như Kỹ thuật, Kế toán, Pháp lý và Kinh doanh để đảm bảo dự án được triển khai thuận lợi.
Yêu cầu
Trình độ học vấn: Tốt nghiệp Đại học chuyên ngành: Cơ khí, Nhiệt lạnh / HVAC, Điện, Hoặc các ngành kỹ thuật công nghiệp liên quan.
Kinh nghiệm: Tối thiểu 2–3 năm kinh nghiệm kinh doanh trong lĩnh vực HVAC.
Ưu tiên ứng viên có kinh nghiệm bán hàng dự án (Contracting Sales) hoặc kinh doanh Chiller/Applied Products.
Kiến thức chuyên môn: Hiểu biết tốt về Hệ thống HVAC, Phòng máy Chiller (Chiller Plant Room), Giải pháp Airside, Công tác kỹ thuật tại hiện trường.
Ngoại ngữ: Thành thạo tiếng Việt, Có khả năng sử dụng tiếng Anh cơ bản trong công việc.
Kỹ năng: Kỹ năng giao tiếp tốt, Kỹ năng đàm phán, Kỹ năng thuyết trình kỹ thuật chuyên nghiệp.
Phẩm chất cá nhân: Chủ động trong công việc, Định hướng kết quả, Có khả năng làm việc hiệu quả dưới áp lực trong môi trường làm việc năng động và tốc độ cao.
Chế độ
Mức lương: 22 - 32 triệu VND (6 tháng đánh giá KPI/lần + Thưởng KPI)
Thời gian làm việc: 8:00 - 17:30 (Thứ Hai - Thứ Sáu)

Provide technical electrical engineering support to project teams
Prepare comprehensive system packages, including technical specifications, drawings, and bills of materials for panel production and outsourcing
REQUIREMENTS:
A vocational or university-level degree, with relevant experience in a similar role

At least 5 years of hands-on experience in hardware engineering and development
