Assign tasks, set sales targets, monitor, supervise, and evaluate the performance, sales results, and effectiveness of all sales channels in the Northern region.
Be accountable to the Company Director for all assigned responsibilities, activities, and business results.
Propose amendments and improvements to policies, regulations, and operational procedures to ensure alignment with company requirements and the actual business environment in Northern Vietnam.
Negotiate and sign purchase agreements, sales contracts, collaborator agreements, brokerage contracts, and other contracts within the authority delegated by the Company Director.
Review and approve budgets and expenditures within the authorization framework assigned by the Company Director.
Sign decisions, official documents, and other business-related paperwork supporting operations in Northern Vietnam in accordance with delegated authority.
Monitor and stay updated on the Company's overall operations to ensure effective coordination and integration among different regions.
Advise and provide recommendations to the Board of Directors on business operations and development strategies for the Northern region.
2. Requirements
Bachelor's degree or above in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, or a related field.
At least 5 years of experience in a Regional Director position or an equivalent leadership role.
Proven experience in market development and business expansion.
