2. Yêu cầu

   • Trình độ & chuyên môn: Tốt nghiệp Đại học. Có kiến thức về Tài chính – Kế toán, Thuế và các quy định liên quan. Có chứng chỉ hoặc giấy phép hành nghề theo yêu cầu của vị trí. Có kinh nghiệm trong lĩnh vực xây dựng, sản xuất là một lợi thế.

   • Kinh nghiệm: Có từ 5 năm kinh nghiệm. Có kinh nghiệm rà soát các điều khoản tài chính, thuế và thanh toán trong các hợp đồng kinh tế.

   • Có kinh nghiệm làm việc với ngân hàng về L/C, T/T và các giao dịch thanh toán quốc tế.

I/ Summary/Objective: The Product Engineer will design and develop solutions related to the following criteria: capacity expansions, cost down, market needs, product redesign/review, risk mitigation, and quality (internal and external).

II/ Essential Functions/ Responsibilities:

• Make significant contributions to design, development, and validation of connector solutions (including, but not limited to, board to board, cable, power, high speed, and panel mount products).

• Works directly with purchasing, quality, manufacturing engineering, test engineering, process engineering, electroplating, suppliers, product management, and other necessary groups as a cross functional team to develop products/solutions.

   • Master Data & BOM Auditing: Evaluate the accuracy of BOMs, routing/IE times, and standard costing data, collaborating directly with Production, Engineering, Purchasing, Warehouse, and IT to address changes or data gaps.

   • Stock Control, Reporting & Compliance: Deliver required costing and inventory reports, actively join physical stock counts, assess slow-moving inventory, and prepare analytical data to fulfill management, audit, and tax compliance demands.

   • SAP System Approvals: Check and grant formal approval for manual Goods Issue and Goods Receipt (GI/GR) adjustment entries within the SAP system.

2. Requirements

   • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Auditing, Finance, or a related discipline.

   • Work Experience: Minimum of 3 years of hands-on cost accounting experience within a manufacturing environment.

   • Technical Knowledge: Deep understanding of BOMs, standard vs. actual costing, WIP, finished goods, COGS, and manufacturing cost allocation methodologies.

   • Functional Expertise: Proven track record in month-end costing routines, inventory reconciliations, and resolving discrepancies between operational and accounting records.

   • Systems & Tools: Proficient in MS Excel and experienced with ERP systems; hands-on knowledge of SAP Business One, Power Query, or MES is a strong plus.

   • Soft Skills & Competencies: Strong analytical mindset, high attention to detail, proactive attitude, and demonstrated ability to collaborate cross-functionally.

   • Language Proficiency: Good English communication skills for professional emails and daily work coordination.

3. Benefits

   • Report to: Chief Finance and Accounting, Regional CFO

   • Salary: 25-30 million VND gross/month

   • Working schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:20 AM – 4:48 PM (finish at 4:00 PM on Fridays).

   • Company shuttle bus from Bien Hoa, Thu Duc (Cantavil/Crossroad), and Ba Ria.

   • Year-end bonus: 13 salary month (fixed)

   • 12 days of annual leave per year.

   • Social Insurance based on 70% of the total salary package after successful completion of the probation period.
