Job Description
Lead and manage all AEO quality assurance activities from development stage, PP meeting, pilot run, inline inspection, washing, finishing, and final audit. Ensure products consistently meet AEO requirements, approved standards, fit, measurements, appearance, workmanship and quality expectations.
Act as the key quality representative for AEO buyer visits, quality reviews, audits, and third-party inspections. Coordinate factory preparation, communicate quality expectations, follow up audit findings, buyer comments, CAP actions, and drive closure of all quality concerns.
Ensure factory production strictly follows AEO manuals, SOPs, approved samples, quality specifications, testing requirements, and compliance standards. Monitor implementation effectiveness and maintain strong correlation between samples and bulk production.
Analyze quality performance, customer complaints, FA results, audit findings, and defect trends. Follow up CAP implementation, and continuous improvement projects to reduce defects and improve customer satisfaction. Follow up QA/QC performance & provide relevant training & correlation.
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree prefer in Textile Engineering, Garment Technology, Industrial Engineering, Quality Management, or related field.
Minimum 8 years of garment quality experience.
Minimum 3 years in supervisory or management position.
Strong experience in denim garment manufacturing and washing processes.
Direct experience handling AEO products and buyer requirements is highly preferred.
Strong knowledge of AEO quality standards, garment construction, measurements, fitting requirements, and workmanship expectations.
Good understanding of denim washing, finishing, shade control, shrinkage control, and garment appearance evaluation.
Thorough knowledge of AQL inspection systems and factory quality management systems.
Strong root cause analysis, CAP management, and problem-solving skills.
Good communication skills.
Strong leadership and team development capability.
Proficient in quality reporting, data analysis, and presentation.
Good command of written and spoken English.
Able to independently communicate with AEO buyers, auditors, and overseas stakeholders.
Strong customer-oriented mindset.
Able to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
Experience handling buyer visits, final audits, and customer complaint management is preferred.
