1. Who CNK Consulting is
This website is operated by CNK Consulting Vietnam. CNK provides recruitment services for management roles, key hires and hard-to-fill positions at companies in Vietnam.

This policy explains what personal data CNK collects, what it is used for, who it is shared with and what rights you have. It applies to the website cnk-consulting.com.vn and the forms on it.
2. Data CNK collects
Data you provide yourself when filling in a form on the website:
- Candidates — full name, email, phone number, current position, years of experience, target industry and location, LinkedIn profile, an attached CV file, and anything else you choose to write.
- Employers — company name, contact person, job title, email, phone number, and a description of the hiring need.
A CV file may contain more information than the form asks for. You decide what goes into your CV; CNK recommends that you do not include national ID numbers, bank account details, health information or other sensitive data in a profile sent through the website.
Data collected automatically: IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed and time of visit, through cookies and analytics tools.
3. How the data is used
- To match candidate profiles against the hiring needs of client companies.
- To contact you about a specific role, or about a hiring request you have sent.
- To keep your profile in CNK’s candidate pool so suitable opportunities can be shared later, if you agree to it.
- To operate, secure and improve the website.
CNK does not use data from recruitment forms to send marketing email. If you want the newsletter, you subscribe separately and can unsubscribe at any time.
4. Legal basis
CNK processes personal data on the basis of your consent — given through the consent checkbox on the form before you submit — and on the basis of performing an agreement when you take part in a recruitment process.
Processing follows Decree 13/2023/ND-CP on personal data protection. You may withdraw consent at any time; withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out beforehand.
5. Who the data is shared with
Employers. A candidate profile is sent to a company only when both conditions are met: the profile matches a specific role, and you have been informed and have agreed to that particular introduction. CNK does not circulate profiles in bulk.
Technical service providers CNK uses to operate:
- Manatal — the recruitment management system where candidate profiles and job postings are stored.
- Microsoft 365 and Google — mailboxes and work tools.
- Google Analytics — website traffic statistics in aggregate form.
- Cloudflare — automated traffic filtering and form protection against bots.
- The website hosting provider.
CNK does not sell personal data to anyone. Some providers run servers outside Vietnam, so data may be stored and processed abroad.
6. How long data is kept
- Candidate profiles: kept for up to 24 months from the most recent contact, then deleted or anonymised — unless you ask for deletion earlier.
- Hiring requests from employers: kept for the duration of the engagement and for up to 24 months after it ends.
- Website analytics data: according to the tool’s default setting, usually 14 months.
7. Your rights
Under Decree 13/2023/ND-CP you have the right to: be informed about what data is being processed; access and correct inaccurate data; withdraw consent; request deletion of your data; restrict or object to processing; request a copy of your data; and lodge a complaint with the competent authority.
Send requests to info@cnk-consulting.com.vn with the subject line "Personal data request". CNK replies within 72 hours and completes the request within 30 days. CNK may need to verify your identity first, so that data is not disclosed to someone without the right to it.
8. Cookies
The website uses cookies to remember the language you chose, keep your session and measure traffic. You can delete or block cookies in your browser settings; blocking all of them may stop parts of the website from working correctly.
9. Security
The website runs over an encrypted HTTPS connection. Access to candidate profiles is limited to the CNK staff responsible for recruitment. Forms have a layer of protection against automated submissions.
No system is completely secure. If an incident affects personal data, CNK will notify the people affected and the competent authority as required by law.
10. Changes to this policy
When something changes, CNK updates this page and the update date at the top of it. Major changes affecting your rights will be announced by email to those who have given a contact address.
