Free online CV builder — professional layouts, instant PDF

Build a professional CV in your browser, see every change live, and download a print-ready PDF. Nothing is uploaded and no account is needed. The layouts are made for the roles CNK recruits for every day: senior specialists, team leads, managers and directors.

Online CV builder

1Which direction should your CV take?

Choose by career goal, not by colour. Each option has its own layout and information blocks suited to that group of candidates.

Changes only the section headings in the CV. Everything you typed stays as it is.

2Personal details

Separate the parts with |. This one line says briefly where you are strong.

The photo stays on your own device while you build the CV. CNK only receives your details when you choose to send the CV. Maximum 2MB; the photo is cropped to a square automatically.

3Professional summary

The part that decides whether the CV gets read further. State years of experience, field, the scale you handled and the results you produced.

Wrap figures in **two asterisks** to make them bold in the CV.

4Level and positioning

6Work experience

One block per role, most recent first. Achievements should carry numbers: revenue growth in percent, headcount managed, cost savings delivered.

7Projects and achievements

Kept separate from experience so the big pieces of work are not buried in a bullet list.

8Key figures

Shown as large number tiles in the CV. Use 3–4 tiles and pick the figures that show results most clearly.

9Skills

10Education and certificates

11Languages

Shown as a five-dot scale in the CV.

12Closing line

Shown as a footer strip in the Sales, FDI and Technical templates. Leave empty if not needed.

The faded text is a suggestion so you can picture the finished CV — type in the matching field on the left to replace it, and the PDF never contains the faded text.

When the print dialog opens, choose Destination: Save as PDF, Margins: None and clear Headers and footers. That keeps the CV free of a white border and of the page address line.

Who this CV builder is for

Most free CV tools are built for first jobs. They ask for a photo, a hobby list and a skill bar, then leave a manager with nowhere to put the size of the team, the budget or the plant they ran. This one starts from the opposite end.

How it works

  1. Pick a direction. Five layouts, each with its own information blocks — not just a different colour.
  2. Fill the fields on the left. The preview on the right updates as you type.
  3. Download the PDF. Choose Save as PDF, margins None, and clear headers and footers.

The faded text in the preview is only a suggestion so you can picture a finished CV. It never appears in the PDF.

Choosing the right layout

Writing a CV a recruiter will actually read

A recruiter spends seconds deciding whether to keep reading. Three things buy that time:

The builder keeps achievements separate from duties for exactly this reason — so the big pieces of work are not buried in a bullet list.

Where your data goes

Everything you type stays in your browser while you build the CV, and the profile photo never leaves your device. CNK receives your details only if you choose to send the CV using the button in the tool — and then the text of the CV is attached for you, with no retyping and without the photo.

How CNK handles a profile once you send it is set out in the Privacy Policy.

Being straight with you

This tool is free and there is no catch, but it is also not magic. A good layout will not rescue a thin career story, and sending a CV to CNK does not guarantee an introduction — we introduce a candidate only when there is a real role that fits. What the tool does well is stop a strong background from being presented badly.

What to do next

Frequently asked questions

Is the CV builder free?

Yes, in full. There is no paid tier, no watermark and no export limit.

Do I need an account?

No. There is no sign-up and no login.

Can I download a PDF?

Yes. Use the download button, then in the print dialog choose Save as PDF, set margins to None and clear headers and footers.

Does CNK automatically receive my CV?

No. Nothing is sent unless you press the send button yourself.

Can I add a photo?

Yes, up to 2MB. It is cropped to a square automatically and stays on your device.

Is it suitable for a manager-level CV?

That is what it was built for. The management and FDI layouts carry scope blocks that ordinary CV tools do not have.

How should I write the professional summary?

Years of experience, field, the scale you handled and the results you produced — in that order, in three or four sentences.

How long should a CV be?

Two pages for most management roles. One page only if the career is short; three only if a genuine project list demands it.

Does sending my CV guarantee an introduction?

No. CNK introduces a candidate only when a specific role matches, and only with your agreement for that introduction.

Can I use it in Vietnamese?

Yes — the same tool is available at Làm CV online, with the interface and sample content in Vietnamese.
