Source, evaluate, and select suppliers that meet the company's requirements for quality, pricing, and delivery time (in charge of the non-production / MRO segment).
Negotiate prices and contract terms with suppliers to ensure maximum benefits for the company.
Manage and maintain strong relationships with current and potential suppliers.
Monitor and control supplier delivery schedules and product quality.
Supervise and resolve any arising issues related to the supply of materials and equipment.
Coordinate with relevant departments (production, logistics, etc.) to ensure timely material supply that meets production needs.
Prepare periodic reports on purchasing activities and supplier management.
Conduct market research, and update information on pricing, material sources, and market trends.
Propose solutions to optimize purchasing costs and improve operational efficiency.
II. Candidate Requirements
Minimum 4 years of experience in purchasing/procurement for the non-production/MRO segment; preference is given to candidates with experience in the manufacturing or mechanical industries.
Proficient in negotiation and problem-solving skills.
Strong skills in sourcing, evaluating, and managing suppliers effectively.
Ability to read, comprehend, and communicate in Mandarin Chinese (HSK 4 or above).
Good understanding of the raw materials and production equipment market.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Good planning, organizational, and time management skills.
Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
Honest, detail-oriented, and able to work under pressure.

Work location: Hai Duong, Vietnam
Working hours: Monday to Friday (08:00 AM - 05:00 PM) and two Saturday mornings per month (08:00 AM - 12:00 PM).

Cải tiến quy trình và nâng cao năng suất sản xuất: Ứng dụng các nguyên tắc Ergonomics cùng công cụ Industrial Engineering (IE) để phân tích quy trình, nhận diện các điểm nghẽn và triển khai giải pháp nhằm tối ưu hiệu quả vận hành.
Thiết kế và tối ưu mặt bằng sản xuất: Lập kế hoạch bố trí dây chuyền và luồng vận chuyển nội bộ, sử dụng AutoCAD và SolidWorks để tối ưu hóa không gian nhà xưởng và nâng cao hiệu suất hoạt động.
Quản lý và tối ưu chi phí sản xuất: Thực hiện các chương trình cắt giảm chi phí thông qua kiểm soát hao hụt nguyên vật liệu, tối ưu nhân công và tiết kiệm năng lượng thiết bị; theo dõi và đánh giá hiệu quả của các dự án cải tiến.
Triển khai hệ thống Lean Manufacturing: Áp dụng các phương pháp và công cụ Lean như 5S, TPM, Value Stream Mapping (VSM), One-piece Flow và Kanban nhằm cải thiện năng suất, chất lượng và giảm lãng phí trong sản xuất.
Phát triển năng lực Lean và cải tiến liên tục: Tổ chức đào tạo Lean cho đội ngũ quản lý và công nhân, thúc đẩy tư duy cải tiến liên tục (Continuous Improvement) và xây dựng văn hóa Lean bền vững trong doanh nghiệp.
YÊU CẦU CÔNG VIỆC:
Ưu tiên Nam.
Tốt nghiệp Đại học chuyên ngành Kỹ thuật Công nghiệp, Cơ khí hoặc các lĩnh vực kỹ thuật có liên quan.
Có tối thiểu 3 năm kinh nghiệm trong lĩnh vực Industrial Engineering (IE) hoặc Lean Manufacturing tại nhà máy sản xuất; ưu tiên ứng viên từng làm việc trong ngành nội thất hoặc có kinh nghiệm triển khai các dự án cải tiến tự động hóa.
Am hiểu và có kinh nghiệm áp dụng các công cụ Lean như 5S, TPM, VSM, Kanban trong cải tiến quy trình, tối ưu bố trí dây chuyền và nâng cao hiệu quả sản xuất.
Thành thạo Microsoft Office và AutoCAD; có kỹ năng phân tích dữ liệu, giải quyết vấn đề, lập kế hoạch và phối hợp hiệu quả với các phòng ban.
Có khả năng giao tiếp và làm việc bằng tiếng Trung tốt, đáp ứng yêu cầu công việc.
Có tinh thần trách nhiệm cao, khả năng triển khai công việc hiệu quả và tư duy cải tiến liên tục.
Chịu được áp lực công việc, linh hoạt và thích nghi tốt với môi trường sản xuất có nhịp độ cao.
CHẾ ĐỘ:
Mức lương: Up to 40 triệu gross.
Thời gian làm việc: Thứ 2 - Thứ 6 (từ 7:30 đến 16:30) & 4 sáng thứ 7.

YÊU CẦU ỨNG VIÊN:
Tốt nghiệp Cao đẳng trở lên chuyên ngành kinh tế, tài chính, ngôn ngữ, xuất nhập khẩu.
Tiếng Trung HSK4 trở lên.
Sử dụng thành thạo tin học văn phòng.
Có 3-5 năm kinh nghiệm ở vị trí tương đương trog nhà máy sản xuất
QUYỀN LỢI:
Mức lương: Upto 35 triệu.
Địa điểm : Việt Yên, Bắc Ninh (Bắc Giang cũ).
Thời gian làm việc: thứ 2 thứ 6 và 2 thứ 7/ tháng.
Tháng lương thứ 13 (dựa theo tình hình kinh doanh nhưng chắc chắn có).
Đóng bảo hiểm từ tháng thử việc, mức đóng tương đương 60-70% tổng lương.
Thưởng thâm niên hằng năm, thưởng cuối năm.
Được hưởng các chế độ theo quy định của Nhà nước Việt Nam: BHXH, BHYT, BHTN.

Requirements
Education & Technical Background
Bachelor's degree in Automation Engineering, Robotics, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related disciplines.
Strong understanding of automation systems, robotics, machine vision, AI applications, and industrial equipment.
Experience & Skills
Experience in equipment installation, commissioning, debugging, and technical support for industrial automation systems is preferred.
Hands-on troubleshooting and maintenance capabilities with mechanical, electrical, or automation equipment.
Strong logical thinking, analytical problem-solving, and technical diagnosis skills.
Familiarity with programming, software development, or AI-based inspection solutions is an advantage.
Possession of a National Computer Proficiency Certificate Level 2 or above (Level 3 preferred) is a plus.
Soft Skills
Excellent communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills.
Strong customer service mindset and ability to work under pressure.
Adaptable, proactive, and willing to travel for project implementation and customer support activities.
Language Requirements
Good command of English (equivalent to CET-4 or above).
