Job Description:

• Identify and approach potential international customers through international trade fairs, B2B platforms (Alibaba, B2B websites), social media, and business partners.
• Prepare quotations, negotiate terms, and conclude export contracts with overseas clients.

Mô tả công việc:

Lập kế hoạch sản xuất

• Tiếp nhận và phân tích đơn hàng từ khách hàng.
• Xây dựng kế hoạch sản xuất ngày/tuần/tháng dựa trên nhu cầu đơn hàng.
• Cân đối năng lực sản xuất, nhân lực, máy móc và nguyên vật liệu để đáp ứng kế hoạch.
• Theo dõi và cập nhật kế hoạch sản xuất theo tình hình thực tế.

Điều độ sản xuất

• Sắp xếp và điều phối thứ tự sản xuất nhằm đảm bảo hiệu quả vận hành.
• Theo dõi tiến độ sản xuất thực tế so với kế hoạch.
• Phối hợp với các bộ phận liên quan để xử lý các vấn đề ảnh hưởng đến tiến độ sản xuất.
• Đề xuất phương án điều chỉnh kế hoạch khi có thay đổi về đơn hàng hoặc năng lực sản xuất.

Theo dõi giao hàng

• Kiểm soát tiến độ hoàn thành đơn hàng.
• Đảm bảo sản xuất đáp ứng kế hoạch giao hàng cho khách hàng.
• Theo dõi và cảnh báo các nguy cơ chậm tiến độ hoặc chậm giao hàng.
• Phối hợp với các bộ phận Sản xuất, Kho vận và Xuất nhập khẩu để đảm bảo giao hàng đúng hạn.

Phân tích và cải tiến

• Theo dõi tỷ lệ hoàn thành kế hoạch sản xuất.
• Phân tích nguyên nhân ảnh hưởng đến tiến độ sản xuất và giao hàng.
• Đề xuất các giải pháp cải tiến nhằm nâng cao hiệu quả sản xuất và tối ưu nguồn lực.
• Thực hiện các báo cáo liên quan đến kế hoạch sản xuất và tiến độ đơn hàng.

Yêu cầu:

• Tốt nghiệp Cao đẳng hoặc Đại học.
• Có từ 2–3 năm kinh nghiệm ở vị trí Production Control (PC), Production Planner, Production Planning hoặc các vị trí tương đương.
• Tiếng Trung giao tiếp tốt, có khả năng trao đổi công việc với khách hàng và các bộ phận liên quan.
• Ưu tiên ứng viên có kinh nghiệm tại các công ty sản xuất điện tử hoặc doanh nghiệp FDI.
• Thành thạo Excel; biết sử dụng ERP/MES là lợi thế.

[Position Overview]

Job Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage daily operations for import, export shipment, ensuring efficiency in freight handling, logistics coordination, and service delivery.
