KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Act as the Human Resources partner for assigned group companies and provide practical HR support aligned with business objectives.

• Hands-on experience in Performance Management and Learning & Development activities.
• Experience working with multiple stakeholders across different business units.
• Strong knowledge of Vietnamese labor law and HR compliance practices.
• Good communication and reporting skills, especially when working with senior management.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

About You

You are a certified electrical engineer who enjoys working independently across diverse technical projects. In this role, you will take charge of electrical development activities for maritime-sector projects. Your duties will include evaluating and enhancing both existing and new systems, controls, and processes. You will oversee the entire project life cyclefrom concept through to execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop systems using E-plan software

Responsibilities

• Prepare, review, and submit customs declarations for import and export shipments accurately and within required timelines.
• Coordinate with sales, operations, finance teams, trucking partners, and customers to collect and verify all necessary shipping and customs documentation, including invoices, packing lists, licenses, and certificates.

1. Chiến lược & Quản lý vận hành

Job Description:

The Production Manager is responsible for overseeing end-to-end manufacturing operations, ensuring efficiency, product quality, and compliance with international food safety standards.

About the Role

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Crew Support Executive to join our HR & Administration Department. This role is responsible for providing comprehensive administrative and operational support to flight crew members, ensuring smooth coordination of crew logistics, welfare, documentation compliance, and daily operations.

The position plays a critical role in maintaining crew satisfaction, regulatory compliance, and efficient flight operations.

Key Responsibilities

1. Crew Coordination & Administration

• Maintain and update crew records, including licenses, visas, work permits, medical certificates, and other personnel documentation.
• Coordinate onboarding and offboarding procedures for flight crew members.
• Ensure crew files are complete, accurate, and up to date.
• Support administrative processes related to crew employment and assignments.

2. Travel & Logistics Support

• Coordinate crew travel schedules and movements in accordance with operational requirements.

3. Chế độ đãi ngộ

• Mức lương: 14 - 22 triệu VNĐ/tháng.
• Thời gian làm việc: 8h00 - 17h00, từ Thứ 2 đến Thứ 7.
• Thưởng tháng 13.
• 12 ngày nghỉ phép/năm.
• Tham gia BHXH với mức đóng 70% tổng lương.
• Thưởng cuối năm từ 2 - 5 tháng lương theo hiệu quả công việc.
