   • Background in industrial, manufacturing, electronics, automation, energy, or engineering-related industries is preferred.

   • Good communication, presentation, and customer relationship management skills.

   • Good command of English.

   • Self-motivated, proactive, and willing to travel for customer visits.

   • Chinese or Japanese language skills are an advantage.

In this role, you will take charge of electrical development activities for maritime-sector projects. Your duties will include evaluating and enhancing both existing and new systems, controls, and processes. You will oversee the entire project life cycle from concept through to execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop systems using E-plan software
• Provide technical electrical engineering support to project teams
• Prepare comprehensive system packages, including technical specifications, drawings, and bills of materials for panel production and outsourcing

REQUIREMENTS:

• A vocational or university-level degree, with relevant experience in a similar role
• Proficiency in E-plan software
• At least 5 years of hands-on experience in hardware engineering and development
• Solid understanding of electrical networks and systems
• Strong command of both written and spoken English
• A proactive mindset with strong communication and collaboration skills

WORKING CONDITIONS:

• Salary Range: ~ VND 35mil
• Working hours: Monday to Friday (8:00 AM 5:00 PM)
• 13th-month salary (fixed), 15 days of annual leave.
