Làm việc cho công ty sản xuất, trong khu công nghiệp Thanh Liêm giai đoạn II, Tỉnh Hà Nam.

• Quản lý hoạt động kho: Theo dõi quá trình nhập – xuất – lưu trữ hàng hóa, đảm bảo khu vực kho luôn sạch sẽ, gọn gàng và an toàn.

• Quản lý số lượng hàng tồn để tránh tình trạng thiếu hoặc thừa hàng.

• Đảm bảo việc bảo quản hàng hóa đúng tiêu chuẩn, hạn chế hư hại và thất thoát.

• Hoạch định và kiểm soát tồn kho: Phối hợp với các phòng ban liên quan để lập kế hoạch mua hàng và điều chỉnh lượng tồn kho phù hợp.

• Thực hiện kiểm kê định kỳ và báo cáo số liệu kiểm kê chính xác.

• Đảm bảo hàng hóa được phân loại, mã hóa và dán nhãn đầy đủ, rõ ràng.

• Nâng cao hiệu quả hoạt động kho: Cải tiến các quy trình vận hành kho để tăng năng suất và hiệu quả làm việc.

• Hợp tác với các bộ phận khác nhằm đảm bảo hàng được giao đúng hạn và đủ số lượng.

• Quản lý đội ngũ kho: Chỉ đạo, đào tạo và giám sát nhân viên kho để đảm bảo công việc được thực hiện hiệu quả và đúng quy định.

• Phân công nhiệm vụ hợp lý và tiến hành đánh giá năng lực nhân viên định kỳ.

• Công tác báo cáo và phân tích: Thực hiện báo cáo định kỳ về tình hình hoạt động của kho và xử lý các vấn đề phát sinh.

• Theo dõi và cập nhật kịp thời mọi thay đổi liên quan đến hàng hóa trong kho.

1. Yêu cầu

   • Tốt nghiệp Đại học các chuyên ngành liên quan

   • Có từ 3 đến 5 năm kinh nghiệm trong công tác quản lý kho ở vị trí tương đương cấp Sup/ Manager, ưu tiên kinh nghiệm trong doanh nghiệp sản xuất.

   • Thành thạo trong việc điều hành và tối ưu hóa hoạt động kho bãi, kiểm soát lượng tồn và sắp xếp công việc trong kho một cách khoa học.

   • Tiếng Trung tốt

   • Có khả năng lãnh đạo, quản lý đội nhóm hiệu quả và phối hợp làm việc nhóm tốt.

   • Sử dụng thành thạo các phần mềm tin học văn phòng cơ bản.

   • Có tinh thần trách nhiệm cao, làm việc cẩn thận, chú trọng đến chi tiết.

1. Job Description

   • Overall responsibility of Part Production management including new tool development and regular maintenance activities

   • To ensure timely completion of new Tools & Fixture development and Production of Plastic, Stamping & Die Casting Parts as per plan

   • Evaluation and technical feasibility study of new Tools, Injection Molding Machine & Press

   • Address and resolve clarifications and modifications sought in designs of new Tool development and ensure that the necessary changes are implemented in the manufacturing process

   • Ensure preparation of annual budget and plan for capital expenditure as capacity increase or technology updating in line with market condition

   • Integrate and use other Production facilities for on time delivery and optimum usage of available capacity

   • To ensure the OEE as per company target

   • To ensure no Assy Line stoppage due to Part shortage by Part Production

   • Inspection and trial of tools given by customer for mass. production

   • Preventive Maintenance of Tool & Machine as per plan

   • Ensure exposure / training of new technology to sub-ordinates

   • Implement standardization (as far as possible) for tools, jigs, fixture manufacturing

   • Ensure proper maintenance of drawings, documents and sample

   • Supervision of staff and regular appraisal/feedback for improvement

   • Conduct design review before start of new tool manufacturing to capture input for improvement

   • Ensure adherence to QUALITY - systems

   • Timely preparation of MIS Part Production department

   • Approve drawings of Tool, Jigs & Fixture

   • To ensure the Quality of Parts and PPM as per company target

   • To monitor rejection handling

   • To monitor department expenditure as per Budget

   • If required Undertake development from outside product development schedule

   • Motivate department members for 5 S and KAIZEN activity

   • To generate Environmental related issues / awareness among all employees in the department

   • To identified training needs related to EMS in the department

   • To control the environmental significant aspect of department activities

   • Responsible for compliance to Environmental Policy, Objective & target and EMPs

2. Requirements

   • Degree in Mechanical Engineering (Preferably specialization in Tool & Die Making)

   • Training: Jig/fixture design/manufacturing, ISO/TS 16949:2002

   • Skill: Supervisory Skill, Leadership, Strong interpersonal skill, organized and English Good communication skills.

   • Experience: At last 10 years relevant Experience of Making New Tools, Jig/ Fixture and Preventive Maintenance of Tools.

I/ Summary/Objective: The Product Engineer will design and develop solutions related to the following criteria: capacity expansions, cost down, market needs, product redesign/review, risk mitigation, and quality (internal and external).

II/ Essential Functions/ Responsibilities:

• Make significant contributions to design, development, and validation of connector solutions (including, but not limited to, board to board, cable, power, high speed, and panel mount products).

• Works directly with purchasing, quality, manufacturing engineering, test engineering, process engineering, electroplating, suppliers, product management, and other necessary groups as a cross functional team to develop products/solutions.

• Works hands on to identify problems during product development and/or when quality concerns arise.

•  Adhere to all corporate engineering standards including, but not limited to, documentation, file management, part modeling, and part simulation.

III/ Required Experience:

• English proficiency is required, Chinese is a plus

• 2+ years of experience in design/development/manufacturing of complex assemblies.

•  Proficient in MS Office Applications: PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and Outlook.

• 3Experience in data analysis (Minitab and/or JMP are ideal).

• Experience in electrical connector design is preferred. Plastic injection molding, and progressive die stamping experience is desired.

• 5D software experience is required. SolidWorks background is preferred.

• Solid understanding and application of physics and engineering fundamentals.

• 7Proven problem solver - demonstrated experience of data-driven root cause analysis.

Preferred Education:

1. Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering Technology, or equivalent.

   • Quản lý các nhân viên: kiểm tra sĩ số nhân viên, đồng phục bảo hộ lao động, thời gian làm việc, thái độ làm việc, tinh thần hợp tác làm việc nhóm.

   • Sửa chữa hướng dẫn những lỗi phức tạp. Sắp xếp công việc trong ngày: họp đầu giờ sắp xếp nhân viên các xưởng ổn định đồng đều, xử lý các lỗi ngày hôm qua còn tồn đọng chưa xử lý kịp.

   • Theo dõi chuẩn bị máy vào chuyền.

   • Đào tạo nhân viên mới theo giáo trình đào tạo. Trao đổi bộ phận mua hàng, vật tư về nhu cầu linh kiện khẩn cấp, giao tiếp với quản đốc phân xưởng về tình hình máy móc, tiến độ sửa chữa.

   • Cải tiến và phát triển tự động hóa một số công đoạn may bằng tay chuyển sang may máy tự động, đẩy cao sản lượng và hiệu suất.

   • Đôn đốc kiểm công đoạn trọng điểm.

   • Kiểm tra vệ sinh bảo dưỡng thường xuyên tình hình máy móc có được tra dầu mỡ vệ sinh, bảo dưỡng định kỳ không, quét QR vị trí máy.

   • Đánh giá năng lực thành viên trong team.

2. Yêu cầu

   • Trên 5 năm kinh nghiệm sửa các loại máy may cơ, tự động ngành hàng Denim.

   • Đã từng kinh nghiệm ở vị trí tương đương.

   • Có tiếng Trung là một lợi thế (Không bắt buộc).

3. Quyền lợi

   • Có kí túc xá cao cấp cho ứng viên ở xa.

   • 14 ngày nghỉ phép năm.

   • Thưởng hiệu quả công việc cuối năm.

   • Tháng lương thứ 13.

   • Xe đưa đón từ Việt Trì đến Công ty hàng ngày và xe đưa đón từ Hà Nội vào cuối tuần.

   • Ăn trưa miễn phí tại Công ty.

   • Tiệc sinh nhật hàng tháng, tiệc và các sự kiện khác theo chính sách của Công ty.
