Yêu cầu

• Có tối thiểu 3 năm kinh nghiệm ở vai trò Project Manager cho các dự án Product quy mô lớn.
• Có kinh nghiệm end-to-end từ làm việc với khách hàng, define scope, build plan đến allocate resource.
• Từng quản lý dự án quy mô khoảng 50 nhân sự trở lên, chia thành nhiều squad/sub-team (ít nhất 3 team).

TRÁCH NHIỆM CHÍNH:

I. Công tác điều hành và quản lý Phòng Nghiên cứu & Phát triển (R&D)

• Xây dựng kế hoạch hoạt động, mục tiêu và các chỉ tiêu công việc của Phòng; tổ chức triển khai và giám sát việc thực hiện theo đúng định hướng đã đề ra.
• Tổ chức hướng dẫn, đào tạo và phát triển năng lực chuyên môn, kỹ năng cho đội ngũ nhân sự nhằm khai thác tối đa năng lực cá nhân, đảm bảo hoàn thành mục tiêu chung của Phòng.
• Truyền đạt đầy đủ, kịp thời các chiến lược, quy định của Công ty cũng như các thay đổi trong quá trình vận hành đến toàn bộ nhân sự trong Phòng.
• Theo dõi, đánh giá hiệu quả làm việc của nhân viên; đề xuất các phương án về lương, thưởng, kỷ luật, điều chuyển nhân sự phù hợp với năng lực và kết quả công việc.
• Thực hiện báo cáo định kỳ và đột xuất cho Giám đốc Nhà máy và Tổng Giám đốc về tình hình hoạt động, kết quả thực hiện nhiệm vụ trong phạm vi phụ trách theo quy định.

II. Công tác chuyên môn

• Chủ trì xây dựng, rà soát công thức và quy trình nghiên cứu sản phẩm mới/cải tiến (hoạt chất mới, nguyên liệu thay thế).
• Giám sát nghiên cứu kỹ thuật, thẩm định quy trình sản xuất, chuyển giao công nghệ cho xưởng sản xuất.
• Kiểm soát nghiên cứu độ ổn định, chất lượng sản phẩm; đề xuất cải tiến khi cần.
• Kiểm tra, xây dựng và rà soát hồ sơ đăng ký, thay đổi, gia hạn, xuất khẩu sản phẩm.
• Phối hợp xử lý sự cố kỹ thuật, khiếu nại liên quan đến chất lượng sản phẩm.
• Tham mưu lựa chọn nhà cung cấp nguyên liệu, bao bì, thiết bị; đơn vị thử nghiệm lâm sàng, tương đương sinh học; giám sát các dự án liên quan.
• Tổ chức đào tạo, chuyển giao kỹ thuật; thực hiện các nhiệm vụ khác theo phân công.

YÊU CẦU:

• Trình độ: Tốt nghiệp đại học chuyên ngành Dược trở lên.
• Kinh nghiệm: Tối thiểu 05 năm ở vị trí tương đương.
• Kiến thức:
  • Hệ thống tiêu chuẩn, pháp lý ngành Dược/ATTP.
  • Hoạt chất, dạng bào chế, công nghệ sản xuất.
  • Dược lý, dược lâm sàng, đăng ký sản phẩm.

Job Responsibilities

You are a certified electrical engineer who enjoys working independently across diverse technical projects. Responsibilities

• Prepare, review, and submit customs declarations for import and export shipments accurately and within required timelines.
