2. Requirements

   • 3-5 years of experience in the Freight Forwarding industry

   • High achiever with a self-driven attitude and excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Vietnamese

   • Detail-oriented, organised, and capable of handling multiple tasks within tight deadlines

   • Strong team player with flexibility, a hands-on approach, and excellent interpersonal and time management skills

   • Ability to prioritise and multitask in a fast-paced and constantly changing environment

   • Proven ability to build strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders

   • University degree or equivalent qualification

   • Experience with the CargoWise ERP system will be an added advantage

3. Benefits

1. Job Description

   • Nghiên cứu thị trường, đối thủ cạnh tranh, giá bán và xu hướng sản phẩm của các thương hiệu phụ trách.

   • Xây dựng và triển khai kế hoạch phát triển kênh bán hàng theo tháng/quý/năm.

   • Tìm kiếm, phát triển và duy trì quan hệ với MD, Dealer, SI và các đối tác dự án.

   • Quản lý pipeline, doanh số và độ phủ thị trường; thúc đẩy sell-in/sell-out.

   • Triển khai chính sách bán hàng, chương trình promotion và các chương trình hỗ trợ kênh.

   • Đào tạo, tư vấn cho khách hàng/đối tác về thương hiệu và sản phẩm.

   • Phối hợp với đối tác triển khai các hoạt động marketing, sự kiện và quảng bá sản phẩm.

   • Làm việc với Head Office về giá, chính sách, marketing support và kế hoạch phát triển thị trường Việt Nam.

   • Theo dõi, phân tích và báo cáo doanh số, pipeline, forecast; đề xuất giải pháp thúc đẩy kinh doanh.

   • Phối hợp với các bộ phận Product, Marketing, Presales, Logistics và các đơn vị liên quan để triển khai hoạt động kinh doanh, thúc đẩy kinh doanh.

2. Requirements

   • Ưu tiên Nam, độ tuổi ưu tiên 25–40.

   • Tốt nghiệp Cao đẳng/Đại học, ưu tiên các ngành Kinh doanh, Thương mại, CNTT, Điện tử – Viễn thông hoặc các ngành liên quan.

   • Có 2–5 năm kinh nghiệm Sales cho các hãng thuộc ngành CNTT hoặc làm PM cho các nhà phân phối trong ngành.

   • Có kinh nghiệm làm việc với đại lý, nhà phân phối, SI,...

   • Có khả năng tìm kiếm khách hàng và phát triển thị trường độc lập.

   • Tiếng Anh hoặc tiếng Trung giao tiếp tốt, có khả năng đọc hiểu tài liệu và trao đổi công việc với Hãng.

   • Có kỹ năng đàm phán, thuyết trình và xây dựng quan hệ khách hàng.

1. Job Description

   • Control Design: Identify internal control risks and design effective policies, business regulations, control rules, control activities, SOD, and key control points (KCP) for moderately complex risks, processes, and business units.

   • Compliance Management: Execute Compliance Testing (CT) per testing procedures, and record results and issue accurate, objective reports reflecting process compliance status.

   • Conduct Process Review (PR) projects: extract high-risk samples, identify control design and execution issues, and propose improvement measures.

   • Perform SOD certification per plan, identify SOD conflicts, and eliminate them or establish compensatory controls.

   • Internal Control Defect & Issue Management: Analyze root causes of defects using the 5 Why method, develop improvement plans with clear goals, measures, owners, and deadlines, and track progress to close issues on time.

   • Internal Control Evaluation & Reporting: Organize and implement SACA evaluations per plan, assess the effectiveness of control design, compliance management, and internal control mechanisms, then prepare, communicate, and release SACA reports on time.

   • Internal Control Mechanism & Culture Building: Promote internal control objectives and responsibilities, support the appointment of PO/PC, and help establish internal control roles for the CEO, CFO, process owners, and business supervisors.

2. Requirements

   • Background in Business, Finance, Trading or related.

   • Both graduates and experienced are acceptable;

   • Fluency Chinese and English communication

   • Business experience preferred, reliable, self-disciplined, and principled

1. Job Description

   • Support the General Director / General Manager in maintaining and developing relationships with Japanese clients.

   • Prepare meeting materials, documents and presentations for client meetings.

   • Follow up on meeting action items and coordinate with relevant internal teams to ensure timely execution.

2. Requirements

   • Previous experience working in a Japanese company or Japanese-related business environment is preferred.

   • Experience as an Assistant, Secretary, Customer Service, Business Support or Sales/BD Coordinator, especially supporting senior managers or expatriates, is highly preferred.

   • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.

   • Strong communication, coordination and interpersonal skills.

   • Proactive, confident and energetic personality with a strong sense of ownership.

   • Good decision-making, problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
