I. Mô tả công việc

• Tìm kiếm và tiếp cận khách hàng qua các kênh như hội chợ quốc tế, sàn thương mại điện tử (Alibaba, B2B websites), social media, hoặc các đối tác thương mại.
• Soạn thảo báo giá, đàm phán và ký kết hợp đồng xuất khẩu.
• Theo dõi đơn hàng từ lúc ký hợp đồng đến khi giao hàng và thanh toán hoàn tất.
• Phối hợp với các BP phòng ban liên quan xử lý khiếu nại khách hàng và đo lường mức độ thoả mãn của khách hàng.
• Phối hợp với nhóm hỗ trợ kinh doanh để xử lý các vấn đề liên quan đến tiến độ đơn hàng, vận chuyển và chứng từ.

II. Yêu cầu ứng viên

• Tốt nghiệp nghiệp đại học/học viện trở lên tại các chuyên ngành liên quan đến Kinh tế Quốc tế, Kinh doanh Quốc tế, Thương mại Quốc tế, Quản trị kinh doanh...
• Có kiến thức sâu về thương mại quốc tế (Incoterms, quy trình thanh toán quốc tế như L/C, T/T).
• Từ 1 năm kinh nghiệm trở lên vị trí tương đương.
• Tiếng Anh tốt.
• Kỹ đàm phán, giao tiếp, thuyết phục, và xử lý tình huống tốt.

Job Description

• Maintain and optimize test systems for PCBAs and electronic assemblies, including ICT, FCT, boundary scan, Hi-pot, and burn-in systems.
• Design, develop, validate, and maintain test fixtures to ensure reliable and efficient testing processes.
