1. Main responsibility
Customer Relationship Management
- Follow up on customer requirements and ensure accurate, timely communication.
- Confirm orders, delivery schedules, and project-related requirements with clients.
- Maintain strong, long-term relationships with customers.
- Welcome and support visiting clients.
- Proactively handle and resolve customer issues during project execution.
Project Management
- Lead weekly project meetings to track progress and ensure timely completion.
- Coordinate with production and logistics teams to achieve OTD (On-Time Delivery) 90%.
- Monitor ECN (Engineering Change Notice) implementation and ensure all related costs (CIA) are pre-approved.
- Participate in quality meetings and provide feedback on customer requirements.
- Organize and lead urgent meetings to resolve project-related issues.
New Product Introduction (NPI)
- Manage and follow up on new product introduction processes for assigned projects.
Administrative Tasks
- Complete reports, documentation, and other tasks as assigned by management.
2. Requirements
- Bachelor's degree (preferably in Production Engineering, Industrial Management, or related fields).
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Project Management, preferably in the electronics industry.
- Strong English communication skills (speaking, listening, reading, and writing).
- Proficient in Excel and experienced in reporting and data analysis.
- Strong sense of responsibility, with excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work under high pressure.
- Team player with strong coordination and problem-solving abilities.
- Positive, outgoing, and adaptable personality.
3. Benefits & Working Conditions
- Working time: Monday – Saturday (08:00 – 17:00)
- Competitive salary package + housing allowance
- Overtime allowance: approx. 5 – 6 million VND/month
- 13th-month salary bonus
- Full Social Insurance on gross salary
- Annual leave: 12 days/year
