1. Mục tiêu vị trí:

2. Trách nhiệm chính:

a. Phát triển Kinh doanh & Doanh thu:

c. Phát triển Sản phẩm & Nghiên cứu Thị trường:

- Phối hợp chặt chẽ với bộ phận chuyên môn để nghiên cứu thị trường, nắm bắt xu hướng công nghệ và nhu cầu nâng cao năng lực của doanh nghiệp; đóng góp ý kiến phát triển các gói sản phẩm đào tạo mới tối ưu và phù hợp.

d. Phối hợp Nội bộ:

- Đồng hành cùng các phòng ban liên quan (Marketing, Operations, Kỹ thuật) để triển khai các chiến dịch thúc đẩy bán hàng, nâng cao chất lượng dịch vụ và tối ưu hóa trải nghiệm khách hàng.

- Thực hiện các công việc và nhiệm vụ phát sinh khác theo sự phân công và chỉ đạo từ Ban lãnh đạo.

3. Năng lực cần có:

- Tốt nghiệp Đại học trở lên các chuyên ngành: Kinh tế, Thương mại, Quản trị kinh doanh, Công nghệ thông tin hoặc các ngành có liên quan

- Tối thiểu 03 năm kinh nghiệm thực chiến tại các vị trí Kinh doanh/Phát triển thị trường trong các lĩnh vực liên quan như: Phần cứng, Phần mềm, Giải pháp công nghệ hoặc mảng Đào tạo IT.

- Có kinh nghiệm và am hiểu sâu sắc về thị trường đào tạo doanh nghiệp (Corporate Training) là lợi thế.

- Ưu tiên ứng viên đã có sẵn mối quan hệ tốt với các doanh nghiệp, tập đoàn trong mảng CNTT, khối khách hàng Chính phủ (G-Gov) và các nhà mạng Viễn thông.

- Sử dụng tiếng Anh khá (đặc biệt là kỹ năng nghe và nói), ưu tiên ứng viên có khả năng giao tiếp và làm việc trực tiếp với đối tác nước ngoài.

- Khả năng quản lý, lập kế hoạch kinh doanh ngắn và dài hạn tốt.

- Kỹ năng giao tiếp chuyên nghiệp, đàm phán, thương lượng và thuyết phục khách hàng cấp cao (C-levels, Trưởng bộ phận) xuất sắc.

I/ Mục tiêu vị trí

Kiến tạo và điều hành hệ thống Marketing "Tinh gọn – Thực chiến – Hiệu suất cao", đóng vai trò là động cơ chính tạo ra doanh thu và kết nối chặt chẽ với bộ phận Sales để mở rộng quy mô (scale-up) thương hiệu trên thị trường.

A. Hoạch định Chiến lược Marketing Đa kênh

B. Thiết kế & Vận hành Bộ máy Marketing AI

• Xây dựng đội ngũ: Thiết kế phòng Marketing theo mô hình "Lean Team" – nhân sự tinh nhuệ, hiệu suất vượt trội với hệ thống SOP và KPI minh bạch.
• Tiên phong AI: Ứng dụng công nghệ AI vào quy trình sản xuất nội dung và tự động hóa vận hành nhằm tối ưu hóa chi phí và tốc độ.

C. Phát triển Kênh & Hỗ trợ Thúc đẩy Doanh số

• Hệ sinh thái nội dung: Phát triển các nền tảng Facebook, TikTok và các cộng đồng chuyên sâu về kiến thức sức khỏe.
