1. Job Description

   • Tiếp nhận, phân tích và kiểm soát các tài liệu đầu vào của sản phẩm bao gồm bản vẽ kỹ thuật, tiêu chuẩn sản phẩm, yêu cầu khách hàng và tiêu chuẩn chất lượng.

   • Giám sát và kiểm soát môi trường phòng sạch: Theo dõi và đảm bảo các thông số như nhiệt độ, độ ẩm, áp suất, độ sạch và tần suất trao đổi không khí tuân thủ tiêu chuẩn phòng sạch (Class 100, 1,000, 10,000). Thực hiện kiểm tra phòng sạch hàng ngày, kịp thời phát hiện và xử lý các vấn đề như rò rỉ, tích tụ bụi hoặc chênh lệch áp suất bất thường.

   • Bảo trì và xử lý sự cố: Xây dựng kế hoạch bảo trì, bảo dưỡng và thay thế thiết bị/vật tư định kỳ. Chủ động xử lý các sự cố phát sinh, đặc biệt là các tình huống khẩn cấp, nhằm hạn chế tối đa ảnh hưởng đến hoạt động sản xuất.

   • Quản lý nhân sự và kiểm soát ra vào: Đào tạo và hướng dẫn nhân viên về quy trình mặc đồ bảo hộ, quy định ra vào phòng sạch và các yêu cầu liên quan. Kiểm soát chặt chẽ người, vật tư và thiết bị ra vào khu vực phòng sạch; theo dõi và xử lý các trường hợp không tuân thủ quy định.

   • Tuân thủ quy trình và chứng nhận: Duy trì, cập nhật hệ thống quy trình và hướng dẫn vận hành phòng sạch. Phối hợp với các đơn vị kiểm định bên thứ ba thực hiện đánh giá định kỳ về hạt bụi, vi sinh, chênh áp và các tiêu chí liên quan. Quản lý, lưu trữ đầy đủ hồ sơ và tài liệu phục vụ đánh giá nội bộ, đánh giá khách hàng và các hoạt động chứng nhận.

   • Điều tra sự cố và cải tiến liên tục: Phân tích nguyên nhân gốc rễ khi phát sinh các bất thường, đề xuất giải pháp khắc phục và theo dõi hiệu quả thực hiện. Dựa trên dữ liệu vận hành để tối ưu bố trí phòng sạch, hệ thống lọc và mức tiêu thụ năng lượng, góp phần nâng cao hiệu quả vận hành.

   • An toàn và 5S: Đảm bảo tuân thủ các yêu cầu về an toàn điện, an toàn thiết bị và phòng cháy chữa cháy. Triển khai và duy trì tiêu chuẩn 5S tại khu vực phụ trách; xây dựng, cập nhật và tổ chức diễn tập các phương án ứng phó với các tình huống khẩn cấp như mất điện, hỏng thiết bị hoặc nguy cơ ô nhiễm.

   • The QA Manager is responsible for leading and managing all quality assurance activities for AEO/UQ denim products throughout the entire manufacturing process, from product development to final shipment.

   • The role ensures products meet AEO/UQ quality standards, approved samples, specifications, fitting, measurement, workmanship, washing and finishing requirements.

   • The QA Manager will also act as the key quality representative in communication with customers, third-party auditors and factory management, while driving continuous quality improvement and customer satisfaction.

   • Minimum 8 years of experience in garment quality assurance.
