Aesthetic Application Engineer (Kỹ sư phối màu)
1. Job Purpose:
The Aesthetic Application Engineer is responsible for developing and optimizing color formulations for engineering plastic products, ensuring alignment with client aesthetic and technical requirements. The role supports the full product lifecycle from R&D prototype development to commercialization and after-sales technical support.
2. Key Responsibilities:
2.1 Color Formulation Development
- Monitor and support R&D prototype production to develop optimal color formulations for each product.
- Design and adjust color formulations based on material characteristics and application requirements.
- Continuously optimize formulations to enhance color stability, durability, and overall product performance.
2.2 Client Requirement Analysis
- Accurately identify and analyze clients aesthetic and technical requirements.
- Rapidly design tailored color solutions that meet customer expectations.
- Collaborate with R&D, Design, and Engineering teams to ensure technical feasibility.
2.3 Technical & Sales Support
- Provide pre-sales, sales, and post-sales technical support for aesthetic products.
- Participate in technical discussions with clients, partners, and global branches.
- Support Sales teams throughout project development and manage technical feedback.
2.4 Cross-functional & Global Collaboration
- Coordinate with Product R&D Center, Design Team, and Engineering Team on product development projects.;;
- Exchange technical knowledge with global aesthetic technology centers.
- Share best practices and stay updated on new color technologies and material innovations.
2.5 Continuous Improvement & Learning
- Proactively update knowledge in color science, polymer materials, and compounding technologies.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the technical team.
3. Requirements:
- Bachelors degree or higher in Materials Science, Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Polymer Engineering, or related fields.
- Solid foundation in polymer materials, compounding, or color technology.
- Understanding of R&D processes and prototype development.
- Experience in engineering plastics or compounding industry is preferred.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate technical requirements into practical solutions.
- Good communication skills and ability to work with cross-functional teams and clients.
- Good command of English (mandatory); Chinese is an advantage.
- Logical thinking, proactive attitude, and strong execution capability.
- High sense of responsibility and ownership.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
- Strong teamwork spirit and willingness to learn continuously
