YÊU CẦU:

Có kinh nghiệm quản lý dự án phát triển sản phẩm.

Thành thạo phần mềm AutoCad và các phần mềm vẽ 3D.

MÔ TẢ CÔNG VIỆC:

I. Đối ứng khách hàng

1. Thảo luận về các bản vẽ, DFM, FAI, CPK, DOE, khiếu nại của khách hàng, v.v.;

2. Truyền tải chính xác thông tin khách hàng đến các nguồn nội bộ và truyền tải chính xác thông tin nội bộ đến khách hàng

3. Đón tiếp và đối ứng các chuyến thăm của khách hàng

II. Quản lý dự án

1. Dẫn dắt việc kiểm chứng và chạy thử giai đoạn NPI của dự án, điều phối các nguồn lực và xử lý các vấn đề bất thường

2. Chịu trách nhiệm về ngày giao hàng, cảnh báo sớm và giải quyết rủi ro

3. Quản lý nhóm dự án, xây dựng KPI và đánh giá

4. Kết nối và hợp tác xuyên biên giới, xuyên nhà máy, xuyên dự án và đối với các bộ phận liên quan.

YÊU CẦU:

Vị trí: Trưởng phòng sửa khuôn

Mức lương: 30-32 triệu

Địa điểm: Bắc Ninh

MÔ TẢ CÔNG VIỆC:

1. Tối ưu hóa quy trình sửa chữa khuôn mẫu, áp dụng cải tiến kỹ thuật để giảm tỷ lệ phế phẩm.

2. Đánh giá thiết kế khuôn mẫu trong các dự án mới, đề xuất cải tiến kết cấu từ góc độ sửa chữa.

3. Quản lý đội ngũ sửa chữa khuôn mẫu (thường từ 10-20 người), lập kế hoạch bảo trì, phân công nhiệm vụ sửa chữa và đánh giá hiệu suất.

4. Giải quyết xung đột, xử lý các vấn đề hợp tác liên phòng ban (ví dụ: làm việc với bộ phận sản xuất, bộ phận thu mua để điều phối tiến độ giao khuôn mẫu).

YÊU CẦU:

Tốt nghiệp Cao đẳng trở lên

Ưu tiên các chuyên ngành (Cơ khí, cơ điện tử, thiết kế cơ khí.)

Tiếng Trung 4 kỹ năng tốt

Thành thạo AutoCad, 6 năm kinh nghiệm sửa chữa khuôn dập, khuôn dập liên hoàn

Có 3 năm trở lên vị trí quản lý phòng khuôn

Vị trí: Phiên dịch tiếng Hàn

Mức lương: thoả thuận

MÔ TẢ CÔNG VIỆC:

- Thông dịch Việt - Hàn , Hàn - Viêt các công việc hằng ngày

- Thông dịch trong các cuộc họp và trong khu vực xưởng sản xuất liên quan tới các công đoạn sản xuất, công nghệ kỹ thuật và chất lượng

- Biên phiên dịch tài liệu, văn bản ...theo phân công của bộ phận

- Các công việc khác theo sự phân công của bộ phận

YÊU CẦU ỨNG VIÊN:

- Nam/Nữ. Tuổi 22-35. Tốt nghiệp Cao đẳng, Đại học các chuyên ngành tiếng Hàn, Hàn Quốc học hoặc tốt nghiệp các chuyên ngành khác nhưng tự tin giao tiếp tiếng Hàn

- Có ít nhất 1 năm kinh nghiệm phiên dịch trong các nhà máy sản xuất

- Ưu tiên ứng viên đã có kinh nghiệm phiên dịch cho bộ phận chất lượng, sản xuất hoặc công nghệ kỹ thuật

- Trình độ tiếng Hàn thành thạo (tương đương Topik 5 trở lên), khả năng giao tiếp tốt, có kỹ năng báo cáo

- Thành thạo kỹ năng máy tính

- Nhiệt tình, tự tin, ham học hỏi, tinh thần trách nhiệm, sẵn sàng làm việc với áp lực cao

I/ MÔ TẢ CÔNG VIỆC:

• Thiết lập quy trình sản xuất rõ ràng, logic và hiệu quả, đảm bảo sản phẩm được tạo ra đúng tiêu chuẩn và tối ưu hóa nguồn lực.
• Thực hiện các công tác chuẩn bị cần thiết như kiểm tra máy móc, nguyên vật liệu, và hướng dẫn công nhân nhằm đảm bảo quá trình sản xuất diễn ra suôn sẻ.
• Triển khai quy trình sản xuất mẫu cho sản phẩm mới nhằm đánh giá khả năng sản xuất, phát hiện lỗi và điều chỉnh kịp thời trước khi sản xuất hàng loạt.
• Soạn thảo và ban hành các chính sách, hướng dẫn hoặc tiêu chuẩn mới phù hợp với yêu cầu thực tế nhằm nâng cao hiệu quả và chất lượng sản xuất.
• Lập kế hoạch chi tiết các công đoạn sản xuất, xác định trình tự và phương pháp thực hiện để đảm bảo quy trình hợp lý và hiệu quả.

II/ YÊU CẦU CÔNG VIỆC:

• Nam, 23-30 tuổi
• Tốt nghiệp Đại học trở lên ngành điện tử
• 1 năm kinh nghiệm liên quan trong môi trường sản xuất
• Có kinh nghiệm, kỹ năng thiết kế, thành thạo Autocad
• Tiếng Nhật N3 cứng 
• Thành thạo Word, Excel, PPT, tin học văn phòng.

III/ CHẾ ĐỘ LÀM VIỆC:

• Thời gian làm việc: 7h30-17h00 Thứ 2- Thứ 6.
• Nghỉ trưa: 40 phút + giải lao ngắn mỗi lần 10 phút
• 13 tháng lương, tăng lương hàng năm,12 ngày nghỉ phép/ năm, BHXH đóng trên mức full lương.
• Công ty có xe đưa đón từ Trung tâm TP. HCM về nhà máy.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Position: Logistics Staff

Salary Range: VND 13,000,000- 20,000,000

Location: Long An

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Ensure the efficient and accurate flow of goods and materials, including coordinating import and export schedules, preparing and reviewing related documents, and guaranteeing timely customs clearance in compliance with Vietnamese regulations.
• Maintain stable usage of finished goods.
• Generate commercial invoices and packing lists through the ERP system, and create manual documents as needed.
• Organize shipments using appropriate transportation methods based on specific circumstances, maintain shipping records, monitor the entire transport process, and address any arising issues.
• Work with freight forwarders to manage the importation of tools and machinery from China for the cable transfer project and CNC workshop.
• Collaborate with forwarders to review customs declarations and resolve related problems.
• Prepare and submit certificates of origin to the VCCI.
• Monitor material usage, verify inventory movements with the finance department monthly, and complete year-end import-export reports (Forms 15, 15a, 16).
• Provide the finance team with import and export declarations for record-keeping.
• Monthly verification, recording, and reporting of logistics-related debit notes.
• As assigned by the manager, liaise with local carriers and negotiate transport rates.
• Perform other tasks as directed by the supervisor.
