   • Tốt nghiệp Đại học trở lên các chuyên ngành: Kinh tế, Quản trị Kinh doanh, Thương mại Quốc tế, Kỹ thuật, Logistics hoặc các ngành liên quan.

   • Tối thiểu 8 năm kinh nghiệm trong lĩnh vực mua hàng, phát triển chuỗi cung ứng tại doanh nghiệp sản xuất.

   • Có ít nhất 3 năm ở vị trí Trưởng phòng Mua hàng hoặc tương đương.

   • Ưu tiên ứng viên có kinh nghiệm quản lý Logistics, hiểu biết về các phương thức vận chuyển và cước phí quốc tế.

   • Am hiểu quy trình mua nguyên vật liệu, xuất nhập khẩu và thương mại quốc tế.

   • Có kinh nghiệm xây dựng, đánh giá và phát triển hệ thống nhà cung cấp.

   • Kỹ năng lãnh đạo, giao tiếp, đàm phán và thương lượng xuất sắc.

   • Thành thạo Tiếng Anh hoặc Tiếng Trung; ưu tiên ứng viên sử dụng tốt cả hai ngoại ngữ.

   • Sẵn sàng đi công tác theo yêu cầu công việc.

3. Chế độ làm việc

   • Thu nhập cạnh tranh: 1.500 – 2.500 USD (thỏa thuận theo năng lực).

   • Xe đưa đón từ Văn phòng Hà Nội đến Nhà máy Hưng Yên.

   • Làm việc từ Thứ Hai đến Thứ Sáu, Thứ Bảy làm việc từ xa (remote).

   • Tham gia đầy đủ BHXH, BHYT, BHTN theo quy định.

   • Thưởng và chế độ phúc lợi hấp dẫn theo chính sách của Công ty.

   • Môi trường làm việc chuyên nghiệp, có cơ hội tham gia xây dựng và phát triển chuỗi cung ứng quy mô lớn.
