Plan, implement, and track the progress of projects and orders from receiving requests to completion, ensuring quality, schedule, and cost criteria are met.
Coordinate, allocate, and manage resources among relevant departments such as Production, Engineering, Quality, Planning, and Import-Export to ensure efficient project operations.
Act as the primary point of contact with clients (Apple, Samsung, LG, etc.) to receive requests, update project status, resolve arising issues, and ensure customer satisfaction.
Monitor, control, and manage project records, technical documents, product standards, and related materials throughout the project lifecycle.
Coordinate with internal departments to analyze problems, provide solutions, and expedite progress when issues arise during project execution.
Propose improvement plans for project management processes, optimize production activities, and enhance operational efficiency.
Requirements
College/Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Project Management, Manufacturing, or related fields.
At least 3 years of experience in project management; preference given to candidates with experience in a manufacturing plant or FDI enterprise environment.
Strong logical thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills; ability to work under high pressure and multitask effectively.
Willingness to participate in training programs in China as required by the job.
Proficient in Chinese communication (equivalent to HSK 5 or above), able to use it effectively in business discussions and project coordination.
Ability to use English at work, especially in direct communication and collaboration with foreign clients, is an advantage.

Manage end-to-end sourcing and procurement activities for molds, jigs, machining parts, production materials, machinery, equipment, spare parts, CAPEX projects, and related services, with a primary focus on mold and jig purchasing (approximately 80%).
Source qualified suppliers, obtain quotations, and negotiate pricing and commercial terms to achieve the best value.
Evaluate supplier quotations, compare pricing and purchasing conditions, and provide sourcing recommendations.
Review Purchase Requisitions (PR) for accuracy and generate Purchase Orders (PO) in accordance with company procedures.
Negotiate and establish new supplier contracts, including pricing, payment terms, delivery schedules, and other commercial conditions.
Maintain, update, and administer existing supplier contracts while expanding the list of regularly procured items.
Ensure compliance with company purchasing policies, procedures, and procurement processes.
Collaborate with internal departments to clarify purchasing requirements and support procurement planning.
Identify, evaluate, and qualify new suppliers to strengthen the supplier base and improve supply chain performance.
Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to ensure stable supply, quality, cost competitiveness, and on-time delivery.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related technical discipline.
Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in end-to-end procurement of molds, jigs, machining parts, or other mechanical components within a manufacturing environment ( all oversea and local)
Strong ability to read and interpret technical drawings, with advanced Microsoft Excel skills and proven experience in price negotiation and commercial contract discussions.
Experience using ERP systems (preferably SAP) and a good understanding of procurement processes are advantageous.
Strong analytical mindset with excellent attention to detail and a systematic approach to work.
Good command of both written and spoken English.

Salary: 35-40 million VND gross/month, included OT
Working schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:20 AM – 4:48 PM (finish at 4:00 PM on Fridays).

Provide technical input and recommendations on CNC manufacturing processes during the RFQ stage.
Conduct product manufacturability assessments and prepare feasibility reports.
Develop CNC process flow, estimate process cycle time, and prepare relevant manufacturing data.
Participate in product and tooling design reviews, offering process improvement suggestions to optimize CNC production.
Produce trial samples according to sample requests while identifying and documenting technical issues.
Gather and analyze production data during trial runs to support product engineering activities.
Prepare and release CNC work instructions, BOMs, part history, and other production documents accurately and on schedule.
Support the transition from product development to mass production by coordinating pilot runs, ensuring documentation completeness, and assisting production teams until the pilot phase is successfully completed.
Review Engineering Change Requests (ECRs) during development and continuously update the lessons-learned database to improve future projects.
Requirements
College degree or above in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, Automotive Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum 3 years of experience in CNC machining, preferably with 3-axis and/or 5-axis CNC machines.
Mandatory: Practical experience in CNC Milling within a manufacturing environment
Hands-on experience in using 2D/3D CAD software.
Proficient in MasterCAM programming and capable of independently creating CNC machining programs.
Ability to read and understand English technical documents.
Good communication, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work effectively in a team.
