1. Mô tả công việc

   • Thực hiện đo lường, kiểm tra kích thước và các thông số kỹ thuật của sản phẩm dựa trên bản vẽ và tiêu chuẩn kỹ thuật.

   • Vận hành và quản lý các thiết bị đo lường như thước cặp, panme, máy đo 2D/3D, CMM, máy đo biên dạng, máy đo độ cao và các thiết bị liên quan.

   • Xây dựng phương pháp đo và thiết lập tiêu chuẩn đo lường cho sản phẩm mới.

   • Phân tích kết quả đo, xác định các sai lệch về kích thước và thông số kỹ thuật, đồng thời phối hợp với các bộ phận liên quan để xử lý.

   • Theo dõi tình trạng, thực hiện kiểm tra, hiệu chuẩn và bảo trì thiết bị đo nhằm đảm bảo độ chính xác của kết quả đo.

   • Lập báo cáo đo lường, quản lý và lưu trữ dữ liệu đo; đối chiếu và tổng hợp kết quả kiểm tra.

   • Hỗ trợ phân tích nguyên nhân các sai lệch/phát sinh trong quá trình đo lường và đề xuất phương án cải tiến.

   • Tham gia đánh giá, nghiệm thu sản phẩm mới và xác nhận sản phẩm đáp ứng các yêu cầu kỹ thuật.

2. Yêu cầu

   • Tốt nghiệp từ Cao đẳng trở lên.

   • Có kinh nghiệm làm việc trong môi trường sản xuất.

   • Tiếng Trung nghe, nói, đọc, viết tương đương HSK4 trở lên, có khả năng sử dụng trong công việc hàng ngày.

1. Job Description

• The Production Engineering Manager is responsible for leading and optimizing manufacturing engineering activities at the Vietnam factory. This role ensures that production processes operate efficiently, safely, and cost-effectively while meeting required quality standards and production schedules.

• The position focuses on driving continuous improvement, resolving manufacturing and quality issues, reducing operational costs, and improving overall production performance. The Production Engineering Manager will work closely with development and production teams to plan, coordinate, and implement new products, processes, and manufacturing technologies.

• Lead, manage, and develop the Production Engineering team by providing direction, coaching, mentoring, and training to enhance team capabilities and performance.

• At least 2 years of experience in a supervisory or management position.

• Solid knowledge of manufacturing processes, including assembly, machining, fabrication, and industrial automation.

• Strong project management capabilities, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while controlling timelines, budgets, and resources.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with both internal and external stakeholders across different functions.

JOB DESCRIPTION

1. Occupational Safety Management

• Monitor and supervise compliance with occupational safety regulations and procedures across all factory production activities.

• Conduct hazard identification and risk assessments in the workplace; propose control measures to minimize incident risks.

   • Cleanroom Environment Monitoring & Control: Monitor and ensure parameters such as temperature, humidity, pressure, cleanliness, and air exchange rates comply with cleanroom standards (Class 100, 1,000, 10,000). The Production Engineering Manager will work closely with development and production teams to plan, coordinate, and implement new products, processes, and manufacturing technologies.

• Lead, manage, and develop the Production Engineering team by providing direction, coaching, mentoring, and training to enhance team capabilities and performance.

• Design, develop, and implement manufacturing processes and procedures to improve production efficiency, product quality, workplace safety, and operational effectiveness.

• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including R&D, Production, Sourcing, Quality, and Planning, to support the development and introduction of new products, components, and manufacturing processes.

• Drive continuous improvement initiatives by applying manufacturing engineering principles to increase productivity, minimize waste, optimize processes, and improve overall operational performance.

• Monitor and evaluate production data, KPIs, and operational metrics to identify improvement opportunities and implement appropriate corrective and preventive actions.

• Ensure manufacturing activities comply with company policies, applicable regulatory requirements, quality systems, and industry standards while maintaining a safe and environmentally responsible workplace.

• Lead the introduction and implementation of new machinery, equipment, technologies, and automation solutions to strengthen manufacturing capabilities and improve production efficiency.

• Prepare and manage the Production Engineering budget, ensuring effective resource allocation, cost control, and alignment with business objectives.

• Work with suppliers and vendors to identify, assess, and implement new technologies, materials, equipment, and engineering solutions that can improve manufacturing processes and reduce costs.

• Provide technical and engineering support for complex manufacturing issues, including troubleshooting, root-cause analysis, problem resolution, and production optimization.

2. Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or Engineering degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related technical field.

• Proven experience in Production Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related engineering function.

• At least 2 years of experience in a supervisory or management position.

• Solid knowledge of manufacturing processes, including assembly, machining, fabrication, and industrial automation.

• Strong project management capabilities, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while controlling timelines, budgets, and resources.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with both internal and external stakeholders across different functions.

• Good understanding of quality management systems and relevant ISO standards.

• Strong data analysis skills, with the ability to interpret production data and KPIs to identify opportunities for process optimization and continuous improvement.

Note:

• The successful candidate must be able to perform the essential physical requirements of the position, with or without reasonable accommodation, including:

• Occasionally moving within the office or factory environment to access filing cabinets, meeting rooms, copiers/printers, and other facilities, while being able to remain in a stationary position for approximately 50% of the working time.

• Handling, moving, or repositioning products and equipment, including items such as sewing machines weighing up to approximately 50 pounds (23 kg).

3. Benefits

• Salary range: USD 3000-5000

• Team size: PE+ FM team (30 Headcounts)

• Report to: GM

• Working hours: Monday to Friday (7:30 AM – 4:30 PM)

• 13th salary month+ bonus (April 30, September, year-end bonus), salary increase twice a year based on evaluation (average increase 5%).

• Probation period: 2 months, 85% basic salary + 100% allowance.

• Annual leave: 12 days per year.

1. Mô tả công việc

   • Đẩy mạnh chất lượng sản phẩm của giai đoạn giới thiệu sản phẩm mới và sản xuất hàng loạt.

   • Đẩy mạnh quá trình chuẩn bị chất lượng từ đầu đến cuối quá trình sản xuất.

   • Đảm bảo về chất lượng tại nhà máy để xây dựng phát triển và sản xuất hàng loạt.

   • Hợp tác với các nhóm thiết kế, kỹ thuật và an toàn để thiết lập các ban kiểm soát chất lượng/kiểm tra/đo lường phù hợp trong quá trình sản xuất.

   • Chuẩn bị tài liệu OK2X để ra mắt sản phẩm mới.

   • Tạo đánh giá rủi ro và triển khai các kế hoạch cho các sản phẩm mới đang được phát triển.

   • Đi công tác theo yêu cầu công việc.

   • Xử lý vấn đề khiếu nại của Khách hàng/RMA từ Khách hàng và Packhouse.

2. Yêu cầu

   • Tốt nghiệp Đại học trở lên, chuyên ngành Khoa học, Kỹ thuật.

   • 25-40 tuổi.

   • Có 1-2 năm kinh nghiệm trong vai trò chất lượng của công ty sản xuất điện tử hoặc ô tô (quen thuộc với các tiêu chuẩn chất lượng của ngành và tiêu chuẩn ISO, Kiến thức về quy trình Chất lượng và ứng dụng Công cụ Chất lượng, FMEA, báo cáo 8D, MSA, SPC, v.v.)

   • Tiếng Trung/ Anh sử dụng tốt trong công việc. Ưu tiên ứng viên sử dụng tiếng Trung.

3. Chế độ

   • 13 tháng lương, 12 ngày nghỉ phép/ năm, BHXH đóng 60-70% tổng lương.

   • Thưởng cuối năm 2-5 tháng lương theo hiệu quả công việc.
