1. Job Description

   • Support the General Director / General Manager in maintaining and developing relationships with Japanese clients.

   • Prepare meeting materials, documents and presentations for client meetings.

   • Follow up on meeting action items and coordinate with relevant internal teams to ensure timely execution.

   • Act as a communication bridge between the Business Development team and existing/potential clients.

   • Prepare and consolidate weekly and monthly reports for management.

2. Requirements

   • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Japanese Studies or a related field.

   • Fluent Japanese, preferably JLPT N1.

   • Good English communication skills are an advantage.

   • Previous experience working in a Japanese company or Japanese-related business environment is preferred.

   • Experience as an Assistant, Secretary, Customer Service, Business Support or Sales/BD Coordinator, especially supporting senior managers or expatriates, is highly preferred.

   • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.

   • Strong communication, coordination and interpersonal skills.

   • Proactive, confident and energetic personality with a strong sense of ownership.

   • Good decision-making, problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.

Role Overview:

The Sales Director is responsible for supporting the development of business plans for the sales department and market expansion, in order to provide optimal solutions to customers and achieve the Company's revenue targets.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Develop and manage distributors in the region; develop the HVAC SOLUTION shop system.
2. Allocate targets to distributors and dealers; plan professional training.
3. Implement promotion programs; monitor and manage channel inventory.
4. Coordinate with the company's sales strategy to achieve sales targets as set.
5. Collaborate with other departments to carry out general company tasks.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

1. Preference given to candidates with a university degree or higher in the field of HVAC.
2. At least 05 years of experience in a sales position at the following brands (or their agents/distributors): Daikin, Mitsubishi Electric, Mitsubishi Heavy Industries, Panasonic, Samsung, LG Electronics, Toshiba Carrier, Hitachi, etc.
3. Good understanding of the HVAC market; priority given to candidates who already have a local customer network.
4. Priority given to candidates with good English/Chinese communication skills.
5. Honest, agile, responsible, able to work under pressure.
6. Proficient in Microsoft Office software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
