While we strive to meet your expectations, we understand that unforeseen circumstances can arise. Below are the guidelines for refunds and cancellations for our services:
General Refund and Cancellation Guidelines
- Order Cancellation
Clients may cancel their service order within 24 hours of payment and request a refund. Refunds will be processed minus a 5% transaction fee.
To initiate a cancellation, please email us at info@cnk-consulting.com with your order details. - Scheduled Services
Once a recruitment process or service package has been initiated, it is considered in progress. However, clients may reschedule milestones (e.g., candidate presentations, interviews) with at least 24 hours’ notice to ensure seamless coordination. - Missed Deadlines or No-Shows
Missed deadlines or cancellations by the client with less than 24 hours’ notice may result in the forfeiture of that phase of the service. - Partial Refunds
If circumstances prevent the client from completing the recruitment process, a partial refund for unutilized services may be requested. If approved, the refund will be issued minus a 5% transaction fee.
Refund eligibility will depend on the stage of the process and the resources already allocated to the project.
Exceptional Circumstances
We understand that unexpected events may occur. Refund requests for circumstances beyond the client’s control (e.g., major business changes) will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis at the discretion of CNK Consulting Vietnam.
